Our goal is complete customer satisfaction. To accomplish this, we outsource our network connectivity and maintenance issues to a separate set of technicians that assure 24/7 network stability at all times, and we can focus on our specialty -- server administration and customer support. Our Datacenter provides the world-class infrastructure we demand, which helps us focus on you, the client.

Thanks to this partnership, we are housed in an advanced data centers, which features the quality we strive for. Our Datacenters utilizes connections to multiple backbones to ensure that data reaches the end-user in the fastest, most efficient manner possible.

Data Centers

Our servers are housed in two different data centers at two different locations to give maximum security and availability to our customers. We use two premium data center for our servers and they are :

Fortress ITX, Clifton/NJ

Data Center
Our Data Center resides in Clifton, NJ, just 14 miles from New York City. This new facility boasts enormous growth potential allowing capabilities of up to 55,000 sq ft of pure datacenter floor space, and ease of access to backbone providers. Currently, the facility incorporates over 7,500 sq ft of completed raised floor data center space, along with 4,500 sq ft of corporate office space which includes a front reception area, conference rooms, and ample space for our employees. The new datacenter has been carefully planned from inception to overcompensate for such factors as cooling, generators, UPS's, backup generators, fire suppression, and much, much more. This new facility has been set in place with 7,500 sq ft of raised flooring, 4 (ten) 20 ton AC units and double pre-action fire suppression system.



Connectivity
Our upstream providers currently uses MCI and Above.net as its backbone providers, and is adding Level3 and Global Crossing in the near future. DC offers fast, reliable connectivity to the internet via an MCI OC48 Full Sonnet Ring with the addition of dual OC192's in the upcoming future.



ThePlanet, Dallas/TX

Our data centers have multiple network connections to different Internet backbones, allowing data to be distributed through many sources - meaning that data centers network is not dependent upon any single Internet backbone.

Facilities

1.  Datacenter facilities located in Dallas, Texas.

2.  Complete redundancy in power, HVAC, fire suppression, network connectivity, and security.

3.  Over 35,000 sq ft of raised floor and 15,000 sq ft of static free tile.

4.  Multiple power grids driven by TXU electric.

5.  Multiple Liebert and PowerWare UPS battery backup power.

6.  Onsite permanent generator power.

7.  HVAC systems are a combination of glycol, chilled water, and condenser units by Liebert and Data Aire to provide redundancy in cooling coupled with 6 managed backbone providers.

8.  Twelve more third party backbone providers are available in the building via cross connect.

9.  Fire suppression includes a pre-action dry pipe system including VESDA (very early smoke detection apparatus) along with over 600 smoke detectors.

10.  Key card access with CCTV for maximum security.

11.  The goal is to provide maximum redundancy in every facet of the datacenter environment to facilitate 100% uptime for your entire hosting infrastructure.

12.  Our internal monitoring system is an open source code highly modified by our technicians to satisfy our customer needs.



Network Infrastructure

Data centers internal network architecture utilizes the Enterprise routing and switching engines from Juniper and Cisco. Data center utilize Juniper M20 routers as border routers, Cisco 6500 series switches in distribution layer, Cisco 6500 and 5500 switches in aggregation layers, and Cisco 3500 and 2900 series switches at the customer layer. Our network is fully meshed and redundant with 6 backbone providers. Our current network consists of, UUNet (GigE), Level 3 (GigE), Time Warner (GigE), Global Crossing (GigE), Verio (GigE), and ATT (DS3). Please see network diagram below.
